I take it these are not the "Eagle huts" put up by the american YMCA in Aldwych during WWI, where Bush House was later built, I have these on an Airco card, not for sale but will copy, Dave

I'm always on the lookout for PC's of passes, hillclimbs, remote areas, with a vehicle in, I have a theory that such vehicles would be a rarity and probably belong to the photographer himself, I think I've found a Valentine mobile darkroom in a motorcycle sidecar, but very small scale, not very much...

I keep an eye out for ladders on my old London postcards, some are impossibly long one piece wooden ones, I was hoping to find a website that had an old catalogue of wooden ladders to see what was available. I have one, I think, in Oxford St 5 floors high! Dave

I collect London postcards, dating is made easier by knowledge of transport changes, London's are well chronicled. Recently I read that white lines were introduced in 1924 but can find no evidence on my London cards till much later. Also roundabouts in 1926 but traffic was not heavy enough to notice...

I have lists (which I bought on e bay) of Friths, Valentines and Judges but I think you can date Friths on their website (which is good anyway) and valentines on the University of Dundee website. Actually the lists don't extend before postcards were "invented" which is a bit silly. I colle...
