Although the messageboard does not support direct uploading of images with your post, it's still fairly easy to do this...
Open an account with one of the free online image hosting services such as photobucket.com
Upload your picture to the service then simply copy and paste the address (url) that the service provides between IMG , /IMG tags or in Photobucket use the copy and paste the 'IMG' code provided for the image.
The ideal size for display on the page is 800 or 640 pixels width, most hosting services will have an option to Resize or reduce to this when you upload.
