Charles Allan Gilbert

Post by Kalia » Sun Dec 01, 2019 4:41 pm

Hi, I have a Charles Allan Gilbert postcard of the famous 'All Is Vanity' print. It is postmarked 9.45pm 14 Dec 09. I just wondered if the postcard was worth anything. I know the image is iconic and has been widely reproduced, but I haven't managed to track down many postcards of the image. Any information greatly recieved.
Thanks.

You have a collectable theme which is quite common on a postcard, and collected by many also. Not a particularly valuable postcard in my opinion.

There are four Charles Allan Gilbert postcards (though none featuring "All is Vanity") listed on eBay, with prices ranging from £1.50 to £12.22.
