bosnien-herzegowina post card

Hi

I have an elderly friend who has a post card of a Farm house, with a bosnien-herzegowina stamp 10 red with mountain view dated 6.5.1912. There is a Card # 3/69. Does anyone have any information anything about these types of card that I can pass on to him.
