Outhwaite Postcards - How much should I pay?

Hi, I'm new to collecting postcards and was wondering where I should look at purchasing Outhwaite postcards.

How much I should be paying per postcard? I've looked into a number of postcards on ebay and the prices vary a bit from around $20 to $90.

Should I only be looking to purchase unused postcards or it doesn't matter too much? Is a collection/series of Black Fairy Outhwaite postcards worth more as a set or individuals? What if they have the original Black packet that they came in?
