I found this site recently by the Fine Art Photographer J W Fulmer:

He sends out a postcard every month to people on his mailing list and he will add you for free (at least for now and he does take donations). The postcards are made by him from photos he takes on his travels around the US by Motor Home! They are all quite wonderful and a chance to get in on some limited edition postcards!
