German WWI Felfpost cards

Post by Dave43 » Thu Aug 15, 2013 9:34 pm

I collect cards from all countries in WWI, just got a couple of German ones with a little logo I assume was added (stamped on) in recent times like dealers/collectors in the UK in the 60's and 70's added advertising to what they thought were valueless cards, it's about 10mm dia with a Kilroy type symbol in the middle and "Mitglied (member) der schmuckgemeinschaftwerbung (something about decorate and commercial advertising) eY" around the perimeter. Am I right in thinking it is a collectors stamp added in recent times?
