Kings and Queens of England

I have acquired some lovely postcards which feature Kings and Queens of England through the centuries issued in 'The Pearl Series' and published by T M W Bfd. ? - any help with their identity/location would be appreciated.

- I appear to have the following Monarchs missing:
Henry II ~ Henry III ~ Edward I ~ Henry V ~ Edward IV ~ Henry VII ~ Henry VIII ~ Mary I ~ Anne ~ George II ~ George IV ~ William IV
- not sure if Oliver Cromwell/Commonwealth period were included in the series either... the series seems to end with a picture of Edward VII as a boy of eight - but not sure if this is correct without the full set.
