r.m.s lusitania woven in silk

Post by kellyandnelly »

hi im wondering if anyone can help me out, i have inherited a postcard of R.M.S LUSITANIA woven in silk, it has been framed and was sent as a gift in 1974 to Mary Rowatt (the captains daughter). On having a look around the net i found she was the daughter of captain Daniel Dow who commanded both the lusitania and mauretania. anybody any idea who may be intrested in this, or where would be the best place for me to sell it, as i have no idea...thanks
