Although posted from Cardiff in 1905, I can't fathom the language on this card - checkout the back! What language is it? - any ideas?
Here is a link to the front: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ul8U3I ... sp=sharing
and here's the back: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1H4S7AR ... sp=sharing

Google translate shows up different languages... help! :?

I have been contacted by a collector who informs me that this postcard was published by Villard of Quimper, a town in South Finistere (Brittany) – hence the language which is Breton. Most of their cards went through many editions and all but the earliest ones had backs in French. The series was numbered up to around 7000 and is a mixture of people (mainly young girls) in costume and views of Brittany.

Many thanks Anthony! :-)
