Re: Shoesmith & Etheridge (S&E)
These 3 marked as S & E
General View Promenade Walk & Pavilion Westonville - RP - No. 13 - Posted 1939
Pier Pavilion & Parade, Worthing - RP - No. 43
Pier Music Pavilion by Night Worthing - RP - No. 23
Now a couple of questionable one's !!
These came out of the same little pile together with those above. No S & E wording... but they have the 'Norman' monogram.
This one I would say is almost a certainty...... as it fits in with the series above.
Pier Pavilion & Band Enclosure, Worthing - RP - No. 44
Now the questionable one.......
Mill Corner, Wittersham - RP - No. 1

Re: Shoesmith & Etheridge (S&E)
I have found another card but it appears different to normal.
It is a map of the Eastbourne area with pictures of various buildings and name places with a large dotted line showing a 20 mile radius from Eastbourne. There is no number on the card. There is a name of S J Turner FRGS on the bottom right hand corner
the reverse is blank apart from the words "Pub by SHOESMITH & ETHERIDGE LTD. HASTINGS" reading vertically upwards on the left hand side of the card
