Hi all,
While clearing out my loft I found a box of postcards that belonged to my Grandmother, some of them are a greeting card type Birthday ect, some are black and white with 'this is a real photograph' on the back each picture is numbered at the front and some are colour with 'this is a real hand-coloured card' both types have a raise pattern at the edge.
There is also quite a few black and white Daily Mail battle pictures post cards as well as some French postcards that seem to be Turkish themed.
There are a lot a random ones and some cheeky seaside cards.

Are any of these postcards worth selling?

Hello - what a lovely find - well, it's difficult to value without seeing them of course - condition is important for subject postcards - if they have been written on or posted it doesn't really matter (sometimes it can add value) - the greetings views may not be so popular, depends on the picture really - the Daily Mail postcards are part of a famous series published in 22 sets of 8 cards in each set - making a total of 176 cards - most would fetch between GB£1 and GB£2 and are popular - the Anzac set (#145-160) is the most sought after, I believe, and could cost up to GB£5/6 each - the later numbers also command a bit more - the French/Turkish ones souund interesting too -
