Bamforth song cards

Post by Chris »

I have some collections of Bamforth Song cards which have never been separated (still all joined together in sheets) Does this make them more valuable? I am new to here so please be patient with me if I di not find your reply quickly.

They certainly seem exceptional to find like that and would appeal to Bamforth collectors and attract a premium on top of what are not very expensive postcards to collect. My guess is that they are printer proofs/trials/samples. Great find! Of course, Bamforth are more well known for their saucy comic postcards; if you search the web, there is a Bamforth Museum http://www.picturedrome.net/ + other sites with Bamforth Archives for sale - I'm sure they would be interested to view/purchase these......... good luck with them
