ARE THESE POSTCARDS?

Just obtained 12 of these with different cartoons Would they be classed as postcards? Has anyone seen them before? They are 10" x 8" on paper

Regretfully not a postcard... these are usually designed for sending a letter from abroad. The idea is that the folded paper sheet will act as a cheap missive with a message to send home to loved ones... many I have seen have pre-paid postage on them.
