Thanks for that link. Fairly incomplete, and missing the cards from the colonies. Is there a more complete list anywhere?

True, there are some gaps in the numbering on there, including the overseas ones, but it's a pretty good listing and so well illustrated too. I'm sure the numbers are correct, just need to fill in the blanks of where they are...

Perhaps that you have a list already and be able to fill in the gaps?
