Any experts on German printers circa 1895?

Post by stampstories »

I have a logo that has me stumped. It is not of the publisher as the publisher is Ottmar Zieher: https://thejewishstereotypes.blogspot.c ... ieher.html

Here is the logo: Image

Here is an example of where it is used: Image

Any ideas? Someone said that it is found on cards of beer gardens / beer drinking from Munich in the 1890s. One suggested Emil Kohn but I am unsure

Regards

Lawrence

This looks much more like an illustrator's mark than a printers. However there is an English-language site which covers Geman postcard printers
and the author may know more about OZ's arragementsL: http://www.tpa-project.info/body_index.html
