Publisher H Burr-Perrett Bartley New Forest

Hi All,
I am looking for information on an ancestor Harry Burr-Perrett born 1882. I have recently found several postcards that say postcard published by H Burr-Perrett, Bartley New Forest. One post card I have is dated 1928 .
Does anybody know anything about this publisher or could tell me where I might find this kind of information out. I have serched on internet but have not found his name mentioned anywhere.
