Jester Comicard

As a collector of comic postcards, I came across one or two new additions today and I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of them? They have a divided back, a "Jester Comicard" motif and publisher, 10 Welbeck Way W.1 Could these be a variation of the "Jester Edition" comics? Help please !!!!!
