?? Hold to Light Postcard With a Difference??

Post by Reminiscene »

Somebody has contacted me to ask about a type of postcard which I have not personally come across.

Apparently, the postcard was in a 3D carved wooden frame showing the inside of a Swiss chalet with tables, chairs and a broom at the side, and the postcard formed the back wall or perhaps a big window. When you looked at it normally it was a sunny day, but when you held it up to the light the mountain and lake scene changed and the moon came out, complete with moonlight over the lake.

Could this be a hold to light postcard which somebody has decided to frame? Any idea of possible value would be much appreciated
