As a newish dealer I had to decide whether to file "in front" or "behind", and I chose "in front" simply because I thought that that was what the general public would be used to, after all, consumer items such as DVD's, CD's, Greeting cards etc all seem to be filed "in front". I remain open to a change however and I will review this in future.
