I have been collecting postcards myself for about 3 years now. I am active on Postcrossing.com and found this website when looking for some new groups.
Since about 9 months I work as a volunteer for a school in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. I try to find new sponsors and match those with children from the school. Because of this work I got to see how very much the children love receiving mail and cherish every card and letter sent to them. Many children, unfortunately, do not have a sponsor yet so they don't receive any mail either. I wanted to ask you to send a postcard or letter to one of those children and put a smile on their faces!
Any card is fine as long as it is appropriate for a primary school child.
