I know that Raphael Tuck produced a postcard in the 20s(?) of this small village in Northumberland, a mile from the Cumbria border, as I have one card with the number 2 on it. So, perhaps there was a number 1? I've been told that the original stock was destroyed during the second world war. Any one have such a postcard?
