Hotel Excelsior Casablanca

I am looking for this postcard, from Casablanca, with hotel Excelsior.

It's possible that the postcard I have is of the Excelsior, but I can't be quite sure because the wording on the front of the hotel is sideways. The address is 'Passage souterrain Place Mohammed V'. The building has arches over the windows and the restaurant below has a different name, I think starting with an A.
This postcard has been removed from a pack of Cassablanca views, 10 cards in total, so each have top and bottom perforated edges. Moderate condition, and I'm guessing the pack is from 1970s given the cars and bikinis!
