What do you call someone who collects postcards ?

Apart from possibly mad (or sad, according to my nephew).

I have finally been educated - I am a deltiologist.

OK. So you already knew. But I didn't.

Very much an american term...
Personally I prefer 'Postcard Collector'

:D I once applied for a job with a local engineering company. The application form asked what hobbies if any? I, being a clever little dickie, listed Deltiology. I thought "That will impress 'em !!!!!" I did get the job, but some months after I discovered that management was not too sure what Deltiology meant!!!! One opinion was that it was a study of rivers and their sources!!!!!!! Needless to say, now, when people ask me, I am a postcard collector !!!!!!!! "John Boy"
