Hey, well i am new here and Ia m not a collector in anyway, recently I been going my geneology and I have come across 100's of postcards written, blank and with pictures on so it is more of a FYI thread really, I don't think I plan on selling them just curious to know more about them! most of what is here is from 1920-1940 and up.
One which intrigued me the most was this one I couldn't scan it because of the length! If you could help me as I go through them all I would really appreciate it
What you show is the famous Manneken Pis (Little Man Pee) in Brussels which dates back to early 1600s: a small bronze sculpture depicting a naked little boy urinating into a fountain's basin.
It is a famous landmark, ever popular with tourists of course: what you show is a booklet describing various encounters different people have and is intended as a souvenir. Value is not great as there are thousands and thousands around.
